Yes, the minimum stay is two nights. During high season the minimumstay is seven nights.

No, we do not have a fixed arrival nor departure day.

When booking, the deposit is 50%. The remainder is due 7 weeks before arrival.

Yes. Up to 45 days before your stay you can change your reservation to another period or apartment (if available).

Cancellation of your final booking is possible by telephone +34 674422179 and email (info@torre-nova.com).
The following cancellation fee will be charged:

• 14 days after reservation up to 45 days before arrival: 10% of the rental fee 
• 45 days up to 28 days before arrival: 50% of the rental fee
• 28 days up to 7 days before arrival: 80% of the rental fee
• 7 days before arrival up to day of arrival: 100% van de totale huursom

The cancellation fee will be deducted from the prepaid rent. If the reserved apartment is rented out for the same period, we will reimburse you the cancellation fee minus €100 handling charges

You can easily check for prices and buy airline tickets online through comparison websites like skyscanner or cheapflights. Nearest airport is Barcelona El Prat at 45 minutes. Girona is at 1,5 hours, Reus at 1 hours . 

Car rental in Spain is relatively cheap. You can easily check prices and rent cars through comparison websites like autoeurope or easyterra. When booking, pay attention to the details, like pick up place (on the airport or with a shuttle), fuel policy, extra charges such as damage waiver (we advise you to take the supercover insurance when booking the car with autoeurope or easyterra. The rental company on site will charge you much more!), child seats, etc.

Torre Nova Resort can be easily reached by public transport with FGC line 6 from Barcelona Plaza España station.

Torre Nova Resort is easily reached by car via toll-free motorway from Barcelona. You will find our address and driving directions from the Spanish border, Barcelona and Girona airport on the contact page. 

Yes. Free and safe parking on the premises.

Torre Nova has its own charging station, where you can charge your car. However, it is not a fast charger and you cannot pay with regular fuel cards. In Vilanova de Camí, Carretera de la Pobla de Claramunt 205 (8 km - Google maps) you will find a fast charger where you can pay with regular cards.

Except for the inner ring road of Barcelona (see below), no environmental sticker is required in Catalonia, so neither in the Torre Nova area.

Barcelona: Environmental sticker mandatory for all foreign cars

Barcelona has had an environmental zone since 2020 and an environmental sticker is mandatory in the inner ring. Spanish rental cars have those, of course, but foreign cars need a permit to drive in Barcelona. If you are planning to visit Barcelona with your Dutch or Belgian car, make sure you have applied for a permit from AMB in good time, so that you do not run the risk of an unnecessary fine (there will be checked with cameras when you enter the city centre).

The registration and application for day permits can be done online here. Click on 'Registration request'. On the next page, choose the country where your car is registered (note: 'The Netherlands' under the T) and choose 'Fast procedure to request 10 daily permits'. Enter your details and those of your car and you will need to upload a photo of the front and back of your vehicle registration document on the page. At the bottom you can enter the dates of your visit to Barcelona. You pay with a credit card (can sometimes cause problems with foreign credit cards.. The environmental sticker costs €5 per day. If you are registered you can also buy the day permits at the post office, online or locally, for example in Capellades, open from Mon. - Fri from 8.30 am - 2.30 pm (5 min - Google maps).

A Danish, German, French or Austrian environmental sticker is also valid in Spain, BUT, STRANGELY, NOT IN BARCELONA CITY. At sede.dgt.gob.es/es/vehiculos/distintivo-ambiental/equivalencia-distintivo-ambiental-ue.shtml  you can see which foreign stickers are accepted.

Barcelona is easily reached by car via the toll-free A2 highway (45 minutes). In Capellades, at 5 minutes from Torre Nova, you can take the train to Barcelona (1 h 15 m)

We, Jacqueline and Geert, are your Dutch hosts and live at Torre Nova. We speak English.

Your apartment will be available as of 3 PM. Anyway, be happy to jump in the pool, do some shopping or have lunch in the village when you arrive earlier. Check-out time preferably at 11 AM at the latest.

Including bed linen, bathroom towels, kitchen linen, nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave,  hair dryer. You just have bring your own swimming towels (we have a few to share, at request). Free welcome package: bottle of wine from our region, bottle of fruit juice and water, olive oil/pepper/salt.

Cots, high chairs, changing pads and baby bath are available.

The accommodations are spaceous and offer lots of freedom of movement. Also they have wide door openings and no tresholds. Torre Nova offers an elevator.

In the village center, all within 150 m walking distance, you will find restaurants, bars, a bakery, village supermarkets, health center and pharmacy. Within 5 to 15 minutes there are a number large supermarkets (Mercadona, Condis, Dia, Carrefour), a series of excellent restaurants, gasoline station, banks / ATM, a hospital.

Torre Nova breakfast service is available at the local bakery (100 m).You can book it at Torre Nova or directly at the bakery.

Laundryservice at € 10 per wash

The pool measures 15 x 5 m and 1 - 1.5m deep (adults can stand anywhere), filled with water from our own natural source and sustainably treated with saline electrolyse (no chemical chlorine used). Heated in spring and autumn by solar panels. We have a paddling pool available for baby's and young kids. There is an outside pool shower. Table tennis, kid's playground, kid's toys, books, chess and checkers table. Excellent hinking and biking right from Torre Nova. We have some mountainbikes available. 

Yes, Torre Nova offers unspoiled nature all around. Hiking and biking directly from the Torre Nova estate. We offer plenty of astonishing GPS-routes via the app WikiLoc. We have some mountainbikes available.

Torre Nova offers two excellent golfcourses within 20 - 30 minutes drive

Smoking in the apartments is not allowed, you may smoke outside or on the balconies. In public areas please take maximum account of your fellow guests, especially children.

We are very sorry, but pets are not allowed. 

Well before your arrival we will provide you with extensive information on the highlights in our region, Barcelona, the Costa Dorada and the rest of Catalonia. This information includes activities related to gastronomy, culture, nature, action & sports. We will share our best 'off the beaten track' tips with you!

Online you can easily buy tickets for all tourist highlights and events like music, theater, soccer, etc. If you like, we can print the tickets for you. For some attractions it is recommendable to buy tickets in advance, like Sagrada Famlia, Parc Guell, the Gaudí houses, Picasso Museum, FC Barcelona.
