Torre Nova Resort & Spa is a small scale, luxury holiday resort in the quiet and green countryside of Barcelona: the 'Tuscany of Catalonia'. It is situated on a 19th century Catalan estate, strategically located near Barcelona (45 minutes), the beaches of the Costa Dorada (30 minutes), close to Montserrat mountain and the Penedès wine region.

Enjoy your relaxing holiday in one of the 8 spacious and comfortable holiday apartments: suitable for two to seven persons, fully equipped, maximum privacy and with breathtaking views.

The resort features a large Mediterranean garden, a pool of 15 by 5 m (heated in spring and autumn) with plenty of deck chairs and spectacular views at the valley. There is also a wellness area with sauna and jacuzzi. Free parking on site, opportunity to charge electric cars.

All amenities in the cozy medieval village are situated within walking distance from the resort (supermarkets, bakery, bar-restaurants, health center).

About us

We are Jacqueline and Geert, your Dutch hosts at Torre Nova Resort. In 2007 we moved with our kids from Amsterdam to Spain. We succeeded in creating our dreamresort at this beautiful place and really enjoy living at Torre Nova. But this did not happen all by itself.

Welness area with sauna & jacuzzi

In a separate bungalow next to the swimming pool we now offer a wellness area with a sauna, jacuzzi and an outdoor terrace with a beautiful view at the green valley. Even more reason to come and enjoy a holiday at Torre Nova in spring, autumn and even during the Spanish 'winter'.

It has a great location to visiting Montserrat, Igualada, Tarragona, Poblet and other interesting small villages in between. The facilities are first class and we enjoyed both eating out and cooking in a well equipped kitchen, relaxing by the pool and joining in the local festivals. Our hosts were welcoming and the information about the area helpful.

We have spent 2 weeks at Torre Nova and enjoyed every day of it. Our appartment had an amazing view out of huge windows over the country side which was like a 3D movie which we could enjoy every day. The appartment was ideal for us and our two girls as each room had its own bathroom and its own big balcony. The old house has been renovated with style and it was a pleasure to come back to it after each excursion. The owners are very friendly and helpfull.
